B & B on Broadway Reservations

A deposit is due at time of booking. Deposit must be received in 7 days to ensure reservation.

We are a small, family owned business.
Check or cash is the preferred payment method.

We do accept Credit Cards.
**Please note, if a credit card is used,
5% usage surcharge will be added on to the total bill.

May 1 through October 31 weekend reservations -
Two night minimum stay is required for these weekends....
a weekend being Friday night and Saturday night.

*Nordic Fest requires a three night stay.

November 1 through April 30 weekend reservations -
One night stay is acceptable.

*Christmas at Luther College requires a two night weekend stay.

Check In: 3:00pm-5:00pm - after 5:00pm, self check-in.
Check Out: 11:00am.

Cancellation Policy - Ten days on all reservations, unless otherwise noted.

Whole House Rental - 60 day cancellation notice

A cancellation after the policy will result in a $25.00 per night per room rebooking fee/$50 per night for the Royal Suite.

If the room/rooms are not rebooked - full and final payment is expected.
